#ISE2019 – To Be The Best, We Learn From The Best

If there is one thing that we at Sound X Perience never stop doing, it is learning!

To this end, Sound X Perience’s technical director Paul McGill spent a gruelling four days undergoing extensive top-up training at this year’s record-breaking Integrated Systems Europe (#ISE2019).

While at the show, Technical Director, Paul McGill attended a series of CEDIA courses, one of them being the Home Theatre Audio and Acoustics course, presented by Anthony Grimani, known internationally as one of the best Cinema Designers of our generation. “If you want to be the best, learn from the best. I am inspired by Anthony’s teachings and am ready to bring what I learned home to our South African customers,” said Paul.

The training that Paul attended included intensive home theatre and acoustics training, as well as networking in AV. These sessions built on his already extensive knowledge-base, ensuring a well-rounded knowledge of the audio-visual integrated business.

“The training that we received was extremely informative. My passion for this industry grows stronger the more I learn about the endless possibilities that lie ahead for AV enthusiasts,” said Paul.

ISE Made An Impact On Our Company

Since his return from Amsterdam, Paul has already begun strategizing how best the valuable lessons learned can be used to benefit of his current clients. He has begun the process of passing on his most recently acquired knowledge to his colleagues, to ensure that our entire Sound X Perience team is on top of their AV game.
